Began his legal journey in the year 1975 was picked up from Law School while yet a law student on the basis of a campus interview (a rarity in those days) and worked as an Assistant Law Officer, DCM Chemical Works, New Delhi, till the year 1977. Thereafter, between 1977 to 1979, worked as a Junior Lawyer with eminent professionals in the field of Employment Laws including the late Dr. Anand Prakash, Bar at Law, Mr. O.P. Malhotra, Mr. G.B. Pai, DC Singhania & Company and M/s Ordignam & Company, Solicitors & Advocates. He moved on in the year 1979 as Legal Advisor at the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi, and was also the Registrar of the Arbitration Tribunal at the Chamber till the year 1986. Eventually, in 1986, he founded the present Firm and also became the Secretary of The Employers’ Association – Delhi. He was also certified as a Fellow of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and is a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators to deal with construction disputes.
