The Indian Staffing Federation (ISF), apex body of India’s staffing industry, announced its new Executive Board for the term 2020-22.

Lohit Bhatia, President, Workforce Management, Quess Corp was elected as the President of ISF while Farhan Azmi, Founder & managing director, Futurz Staffing Solutions, was announced as the Vice President of the Board.

Bhatia takes over from outgoing President Rituparna Chakraborty while Azmi takes over from R P Yadav, Chairman and managing director, Genius Consultants.

The new Executive Board was elected by over 100 members of the ISF.

The other elected members of the Executive Board include Bhavna Udernani, managing director, Adhaan Solutions PL; Mehul Shah, managing director, Collabera Technologies; Munish Kumar, CEO, Firstmeridian Group; Narayan Shukdeo Bhargava, Director, Calibehr Business Support Services PL; Paul Dupuis, CEO & MD, Randstad India; R P Yadav, Chairman & MD, Genius Consultants; Rituparna Chakraborty, Co-founder & EVP, Teamlease Services Ltd; Sameer Mehta, CEO & managing director, Multiplier Brand Solution; Pramod Pachisia, COO, 2 Coms Consulting; and Somnath Banerjee, Director, Orion Corporate Alliance.

Bhatia said, “The current positive regulatory environment has accelerated India’s shift from an informal to formal economy. Catapulting the flexi-staffing space as a major driver of the Indian economy and key to solving the growing challenge of employment and employability.”
