K Pandiarajan, Executive Director & Chairman, CIEL HR has more than 30 years of experience in management and human resources. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, University of Madras and a postgraduate diploma in personnel management and industrial relations from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. He is the founder of Ma Foi Management Consultants Private Limited. He moved to consulting, analytics, and education businesses with the incorporation of Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Private Limited as a holding company in the year 2012. He is the Chairman of our company. He is a former Tamil Nadu State Minister handling portfolios of school education, youth & sports, culture & Tamil development.

Neeti Sharma is a seasoned leader in the learning and staffing industry, currently serving as the CEO of TeamLease Digital. With over three decades of experience, she guides the company with a clear focus on strategic growth and operational excellence. Recognized by HolonIQ as one of the Top 200 Women Founders in EdTech,' Neeti has played a significant role in shaping TeamLease's trajectory through various leadership roles.Throughout her career, Neeti has emphasized aligning team goals with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Pramod Pachisia, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of 2COMS Group, who is the primary performance master for Recruitment and Staffing verticals.Pramod has an experience spanning two decades in Human Resource Development and augmentation - from SMEs to new age core tech firms. Being a tech graduate himself, Pramod is hands on in developing the service delivery mechanism at 2COMS. R.P Yadav is a B.Sc from Calcutta University; MBA (Marketing) from IISWBM, Kolkata and MIMA, Lead Auditor for ISO-9001:2000 from London, IRCA. He has a vast experience of 16 years in reputed Companies like Johnson and Johnson, Jai Engineering Limited, HCL, Business Forms Limited. He has handled portfolios for Sales & Marketing and has been positioned as General Manager & Profit Centre Head in these companies. Mr.Yadav is the founder of Genius Consultants Ltd and is currently engaged at the capacity of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Yadav has been Ex- Chairman of Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) Kolkata Chapter and also been an Ex – Chairman of Executive Recruiters Association (ERA).

Sanju Ballurkar brings with him 25 years of rich cross-functional experience spanning across domains like Engineering & Product Development, IT Services, Business Operations and P&L Management. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup, Sanju headed Magna Infotech (A division of Quess Corp). He was instrumental in building winning teams, creating robust technology systems related to both Recruitment and back office management and enhancing operational and cost efficiencies. He also served as the Chief Innovation Officer responsible for developing strategic technology frameworks for the Group’s various lines of businesses, including Human Capital Services, Facility Management Services, Food and Hospitality Services as well as Training and Skill Development.
