YoY: Overall, the staffing industry grew at 6.1% YoY (Q1 26)
· The new employment demand continued to witness a growth rate at 6.1 % YoY (Q1 26 vs Q1 25).
· Net new employment
generated with the staffing industry (represented by ISF members) in the last
quarter was 0.91 lakhs, indicating continued new demand for flexi staffing.
· The general staffing
industry witnessed new employment growth at a new level with 5.8 % YoY
(Q1 vs Q1), whereas the IT staffing industry came out of the red with a
positive growth of 12.3 % YoY (Q1 vs Q1).
· Overall Staffing
Industry witnessed a growth of 1.5 % QoQ (Q1 26), aided mostly by IT
staffing across sectors.
· IT staffing witnessed
growth at 5.5. % at Q1 26 (QoQ).
