Rakesh Gupta has experience in Manufacturing and Services industry, straddling various functions. These include Royal Sundaram Alliance Insurance Co. Ltd. (present), Daimler (Bharat Benz), Philips India, Tata Group Companies (Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Management Consulting and Tata Consulting Engineers), BOC India (Linde Group, UK) and Ashok Leyland. He is graduated with honours from Indian Institute of Technology, BHU – Varanasi, as a Mechanical Engineer and completed his post-graduation from National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai with specialization in General Management. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (FCWA). He has been associated with the HRD Network and Indian Society of Training & Development and had been in the Young Business Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry in Eastern Region and in the CII Education sub-committee in the Southern Region. Mr. Gupta also has been a Certified Management Consultant of the Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI).
