K Pandiarajan, MLA, Govt of Tamil Nadu, and Chairman, Ma Foi Randstad, is a B.E (Hons) and an MBA in PM & IR from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. He has Founded and built Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd into the first Public Limited HR Service provider in India with about 1600 professionals in 60 offices. He played a crucial role in the evolution of HRD as an industry in India by offering a basket of innovative HR products through Ma Foi. His other active roles include: Founder-Trustee of Sornammal Educational Trust (SET) that runs a school in Chennai for the underprivileged; Director in Chennai Online, Kumaran Systems, AxisV Creatives, Sresta Natural Bioproducts, Anugrahaa Qualitech Services, Mango Digital, Rudi Multi Trading Co. and Naethra Technologies; Member of Governing Council in Kalasalingam University,  Hindustan University, Ethiraj College, Velammal Institute of Management, A.D.M. College for Women, Center for Social Initiatives and Management and member of the State Council of CII Tamil Nadu; Founder-Trustee of Confederation of Indian Organisations for Service and Advocacy (CIOSA); Eisenhower Fellow from India.
