Mr. Rajesh has more than a 18 years of experience in people practices for large MNC’s with key strengths in “Manufacturing, Banking, IT & ITES.”

Strong ability to work with transnational HR and business professionals gained over the last 18 years. Extensive exposure to American, European and Asia Pacific HR practices and working experience in developing and implementing HR programs with special contributions to leadership development initiatives.

Currently he works for Barclays India as Vice President- HR. He played multiple roles with in Barclays in the past 5 years, which includes the HR Head role for Barclays Shared services. His current assignment is to integrate the HR Services of various Barclays legal entities within India and to create a Global HR Shared Services Organization to support over 100,000 colleagues globally. Prior to joining Barclays, Rajesh has worked with companies such as Hewitt Associates, HCL and Murugappa Group.
